A Paragraph With The Mariners – 7

No game yesterday, nothing to really talk about … except the fact that I’m GOING to the game tonight against the Detroit Tigers. AND it’s Griffey “The Kid” Bobblehead night, but that’s neither here nor there. Felix is pitching, the Tigers have an elite offense, this should be interesting. It’s kind of a coincidence that this will be a huge day (at least attendance-wise); I earmarked this game as one I wanted to attend early last week. Upon doing the counting, I realized it was a Felix day; and upon looking at a team calendar, I realized it was a bobble day. I’d be shocked if there’s less than 45,000 announced; in all likelihood this will be the first sell-out of the season. Hopefully not the last, as that would mean we’re winning baseball games. Dibs on Yellow in the Boat Race!
