A Husky Win Completely Overshadowed By The Seahawks

I’m not gonna lie to you, I was a little drunk yesterday afternoon.  As a result of that, plus all the NFL excitement, the Dawgs win over the Beaves was relegated to the little TV with the sound off.

I didn’t even remember it was on until about halfway through the first half; at that time we were losing by 8 I think.  Then we went on a run to close out the half with a 1-point lead, and cruised from there.

According to the box score, our leaders led as usual.  Matthew Bryan-Amaning dominated with 24 points and a whopping 15 rebounds!  The man hit 11 of 14 shots, which is amazing.  And IT did his thing with 19 points, 8 assists, and a steal.

Digging deeper, we have the best bench in the conference.  Gant with 10 points, Suggs with 12 points, Ross with 14 points.  Combined, those guys had 15 rebounds, 3 steals, and 2 blocks.

I don’t have a whole lot to say, since I didn’t really watch.  We’re 4-0 in conference.  On to Stanford and Cal.
