Seattle Sports Hell Goes Camping Again

It’s been a while since I’ve gone anywhere substantial (my definition of that would be:  gone for more than 3 days).  Last April was the last big trip, and as such I’ve saved up quite a bit of articles to post on here to tide people over.  Let’s get to it.

Soderbergh is the man.

Remember when people gave a shit about Rape Jokes?  I’m pretty sure I unfollowed 1/3 of my Twitter feed after all of this.  For the record, I don’t agree with Salon’s stance on this and back Patton Oswalt 100%.

Aaron Curry still kinda pisses me off.  But, now he’s gone forever, so whatever.

I, for one, wouldn’t trade the Rookie Wage Scale for anything in the world.

I saw Phish at the Gorge not too long ago, and they were AWESOME.  I’m not quite the Phish-head that some of the more hardcore out there are, but I still think they’re pretty great.

I can’t understand how there are people out there above the age of, like, 15 who haven’t seen Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.  It’s a fucking classic and should be recognized as such!

This story is depressing on a number of levels.

Curt Kobain is my favorite.

Oh my God, here’s the Boz.

If you don’t got love for The Roots, then I don’t got love for you.

This guy is kind of a dick, but you have to respect his convictions.  Stick around to read all the e-mails only if you’ve got the kind of self-loathing that makes you want to ruin your weekend.

I have a bunch more articles stored up, but I’ll be saving those for my Hawaii trip next month.  I swear to Christ this is the last fucking time I’m missing the Husky football home opener!
