Seahawks Hope To Not Piss Away The 2-Seed Against The Cardinals

I’m going to be off the grid the rest of the week, so I figured I’d get this post in now.  I’m also exhausted, so we’re keeping this thing brief.

I don’t know what to make of the Seahawks, I don’t know what to make of the Cardinals, I don’t know what to make of this entire NFL season.  Are the Seahawks good?  I mean, kinda, I guess.  Are the Cardinals terrible?  Without question.  Are they good enough to beat the Seahawks?  You better believe it!  WILL they beat the Seahawks?  I have no fucking idea.

They shouldn’t.  They should roll over like the Rams did last week.  It’s at home, they have nothing to play for, we have EVERYTHING to play for, so there’s really no excuse for the Seahawks to lose this game.

Which, of course, means the Seahawks will probably lose anyway.  Because this fakakta team and this fakakta season makes no damn sense!

Arizona’s defense is giving up nearly 31 points per game since they forced us into a 6-6 tie way back when, so it would be nice if our offense could get out of its own way long enough to really make a statement.  We don’t really have any more chances to produce against quality teams the rest of the regular season, but it would be nice to have a few more complete, dominating victories on our resume, if for no other reason than my own personal peace of mind.  The only game you could say we really dominated in all three phases, for a full 60 minutes, is the Carolina game.  So, you know, let’s pick up some steam heading into the playoffs!

And, for the love of God, don’t blow that 2-seed!  The last thing we need right now is to play on Wild Card weekend and then go on the road the rest of the way!
